Helloooo, my name is Jalea Alexandria
I’m an OKC based photographer with a Bachelors in Photographic Arts from University of Central Oklahoma. My love for photography came at a very young age, and I mean toddler age. My first ever photograph was of my Grandma Mickey on my moms disposable kodak camera. As a kid my very first camera was a canon powershot A560, then another powershot, then my first dslr the Rebel T1i (ooold) then the 6D, the 5D mark 3 now a mirrorless R5. Obviously I’ve been a Canon girlie ever since, that’s what you call brand loyalty.
My favorite genre of photography is portraits, fashion, beauty and conceptual. My portfolio has a clean and colorful aesthetic with a sprinkle of experimental.
A little about me: If I’m not on a photoshoot, I’m at home watching youtube or anime, or I’m reading webtoons and manga. I love listening to music while working, my all time favorite genres are R&B Soul, Rock, Hip-Hop, and Classical. My favorite color is purple in any shade (if you can’t tell).
